Our Work

Culture is a democratic force that can change our society. In the heart of Intercult’s activities lies the aspiration to create a platform for contemporary artistic endeavours. We want to play a roll in the gap between the stage and the performer, and increase accessibility. We want to be a facilitating force, an enabler.

Often our work is in the shape of co-productions and guest performances. In other instances we create our own productions. Intercult enjoys, and believes in, collaborations with partners that share our vision, and ambition.

We also give lectures and hold seminars in various culture-political contexts, both in Sweden and abroad, and we lead large-scale international projects.
