The two day conference programme is centered around a number of encounters between policy-makers from the different spheres; a local politician and a local civil servant, a director from the national Arts Council and an EU Commission official; a regional politician and a national official, etc.

Encounters
The discussions will be interactive with the audience, which is made up by various stakeholders, and who will bring important insight into the everyday impact of the current cultural policy in Sweden and other European countries.

Social activities
On Saturday 5th December a social calendar will complement the intensive discussions, and give participants the opportunity to sample Stockholm cultural life.
