Project Lab # 1: European Culture Policy and Funds

In our first lab, we explore what basic stones you need to build a perfect application. We will start our first meeting to inform you about which funds are available and how to easily get them. Our first Project Lab gives you the tools to get acquainted with the funds that suit your organization and project idea. How do you work best to build the foundation for your project application? How do you take the step from working locally and nationally to working with an international cultural project?

Project Lab # 2: Printer Workshop for the Cultural Sector – How to write an application to Erasmus +?

Together with the University and Higher Education Council, we arrange a Printer House aimed at the cultural sector. After our introduction into European funds, we deepen in a writing house to get concrete tools to use for future applications.

Ewa Gustafsson and Maria Wennberg from the University and Higher Education Council guide us through an application and provide us with the tools needed to easily get the parts required in an application.

Project Lab # 3: Partner & Partnership: How do you look for a partner in the EU? What is really a good partnership?

 Intercult, Nytorgsgatan 15A Intercult organizes an afternoon where you can work with a strategic partnership building for the purpose of applying for European funding. Through the seminar you will have concrete tools to use to build a partnership according to the priorities of your application as well as tools for developing your partnership at EU level. How do we build strong partnerships with our project ideas?

Intercults Iwona Preis guides you through the partnership and shares your own experiences from the different constellations of partnerships that Intercult has been working with over the years.

Project Lab # 4: Communication & International Projects: What is required in the application & how do you implement this in practice?

 More Information Comes To unite the bag we complete our journey with a luggage full of tools for building applications and strong partnerships. Together we have explored how we work with communication to engage both partners, the EU and our audience.

We conclude by reviewing how we work with budgeting. On-site representation will be available to provide tools to build a strong budget for local, national and international projects.
