Call for participation: UrbCulturalPlanning (UCP)

We are looking for you that are an artist, designer and/or creative to take part in UCP residencies in 7 countries in the Baltic Sea Region. Do you want to add value to local communities, create dialogues and contribute to the development of local projects? Apply now! 

The UCP project aims to strengthen the innovation capacity of public sector authorities, knowledge intermediaries and communities in the Baltic Sea Region to deal with pressing urban societal problems and challenges. The UCP residencies are dedicated to the creativity and experiment in the field of mapping and participatory collaborations

The residencies are to fulfil the following goals: 

  • Add value to the community with creative work by helping to change the perception and profile of the host community for both its residents and outsiders.
  • Create shared Baltic Sea Region value and identity, making a direct dialogue between community residents and creative short-terms visitors possible.
  • Contribute to the development of Local Demonstrator Projects.

Duration: 3-5 weeks, July – Mid-October.
