Memory of water project 2018-2020, November 2018 meeting in Ostend. Partners of Memory of Water project, a group of 16 enthusiastic participants (from European cities of Govan, Gdansk, Gothenburg, Limerick, Ostend and Levadia) gathered together in Ostend, Belgium for few days full of meetings with local communities, discussions, workshops and site visits.
