The EU cerv programme stands for:
Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values.
The objectives of the programme are:
  • To promote equality and rights.
  • to promote the commitment and participation of EU citizens in democracy;
  • to combat all forms of violence against children, young people, women and other groups at risk and to support and protect those who have been victims of such violence;
CERV contains four different sub-programmes to strengthen organisations working with human rights, children’s rights, democratic values, countering violence, migration and integration.
If you are a non-profit organisation, a social enterprise, a research or educational institution, a museum and twinning committee or public actors, such as municipalities, regions and authorities can apply for this funding!
