EUROPEAN YEAR OF YOUTH 2022 –MUCF becomes international coordinator

The European Year of Young People is an initiative of the European Commission to highlight the importance of young people throughout the EU.

During the year 2022, the whole EU will be involved in issues concerning young people:

highlight how the green and digital transitions within the EU offer opportunities for young people, support young people, especially those with limited opportunities to gain relevant knowledge and build skills
make young people better understand the various opportunities available to them and make youth policy in the EU visible.

This year, the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society Affairs (MUCF) has the role of national coordinator and will during the year organize and encourage events and communicate and report on the year.
