After one year of creative workshops, webinars and a fantastic closing event in Gdansk, our international project Creative Waves – Baltic Sisterhood for Change came to an end. Now it is time to present you the toolkit that includes all our findings and experience of this exciting project.
Creative Waves was about building a female community, a safe place that fosters bonds and joint work. Created by women and inspired by social and artistic activity of women, the project combined tradition with new technologies while searching for innovative ways to build healthier communities and a friendlier physical, digital and mental space.
We would like to thank the Council of the Baltic Sea States , our partners Euroregion Baltic – ERB, Baltic Sea Cultural Centre (Nadbałtyckie Centrum Kultury w Gdańsku), the Estonian Women’s Studies and Resource Center (Eesti Naisuurimus- ja Teabekeskus-ENUT), the Kaliningrad team and all the participants for their beautiful work that proved that sisterhood can create miracles!
